1. Order Processing
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after confirmation.

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched the next business day.
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Within Nairobi & Kiambu
For customers located within Nairobi and Kiambu counties, we provide fast local delivery using our trusted rider network.

Orders are delivered directly to your location by rider.

Delivery usually takes the same day or the next day depending on dispatch time and location.

Delivery fees typically range between KSh 200 – KSh 600, depending on your exact location.
The delivery fee will be confirmed when your order is processed.
3. Delivery Outside Nairobi & Kiambu
For customers outside Nairobi and Kiambu, we ship orders through reliable courier services such as:

Important:
Before dispatching your order through the courier, customers are required to pay only the delivery fee in advance. Once the delivery fee has been confirmed and received, the order will be shipped immediately. Delivery Charges:

Delivery time may vary depending on the courier schedule and your location.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, our team may provide delivery updates or tracking details where available.
For courier deliveries, you may also receive a tracking number from the courier service to monitor your shipment.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact number, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
